There are lots of ways to join in at St Paul’s. Some people join one of our groups, for example Bible Study or our choir, whilst others volunteer for one of our teams. Often people do both. Most people volunteer as follows –

Sunday Ministry – There is a lot to help with on Sundays to make sure everyone feels welcome and the services run smoothly. From greeting visitors, operating the sound system, caring for church linens and setting up for the Eucharist, being a server, (helping the priest during the service) reading one of the bible readings, leading the prayers, helping with Junior church, and serving coffee – our volunteer teams do a truly great job! To find out more, and to join one of the teams please email:office@stpaulschichester.org
Flower Guild – The Flower Guild team are responsible for the floral decoration of the church. This includes arranging the flowers, maintaining them and replacing them when needed. The group also look after the decoration of the Church for special occasions, including Christmas and Easter. No experience is necessary as the team would be delighted to teach and support people in learning a new skill. For more information please contact Bobby Sugarman by email to the parish office on office@stpaulschichester.org
